BAOBAB THEATRE

Creating a digital platform for Theatre is a foundation of sustainable Theatre in Africa. We will be able to preserve our creative works in our own Archives, therefore bridging our stories from generation to generation.

Baobab Theatre online is established on great knowledge and teachings of one of the great African playwrights of our time, my teacher Mr. Smith Likongwe. At Baobab Theatre we have purchased five Theatre Play Books which will be used to prepare our content for our online Theatre channels.

We will have Live Streaming of different Acts on different streaming platforms. Our task at Baobab Entertainment is to identify, support and monetize. We know that Africa has challenges when it comes to Internet, therefore us as Baobab we take the responsibility to digitalize and market the African Plays.
